eat.st at King's Cross

has become an instant hit amongst the local students, office workers and food adventurers from all over London - and now we’re giving you more...

It’s official - the eat.st collective has a new home and people are liking what we’re putting down.

These aren’t your average mobile food merchants – the eat.st collective is delivering some of the most exhilarating cooking in the Capital right now. And to have them assembled in a brand new London street at the heart of newly vibrant Kings Cross? Everything from BBQ to banh mi? It’s fair to say I couldn’t be more excited. Marina O'Loughlin, The Metro

In partnership with KCCLP, eat.st has taken up residency on London’s newest street, Kings Boulevard, N1C, to bring some flavour to the area.

On the North-West tip of this boulevard that sweeps up from St Pancras station to the new home of Central St Martins, eat.st will now make up a thrice-weekly ‘micro-market’ of rotating traders to satisfy all tastes and budgets.

This is a first of its kind in the city - a whole zone dedicated purely to the purveying of London’s best street food from its brightest traders. We pride ourselves on our selectivity at eat.st - choosing those with the GRRrrr factor; a combination of great personalities, good attitude, originality and most importantly, the ability to use all of this to transform the space around them through the universal appeal of amazing food.

This is the key to making our streets more varied and our cities more interesting and we intend to use it all to settle into our shiny new spot.

Please note, trading at King's Cross is for our carefully selected members. To find out more about membership to the eat.st collective cick here

driving British street food forward

eat.st has been set up to strengthen the bonds and cultivate the opportunities of the British street food scene. We seek out the best food traders - both old pros and new in the game - to create a standard of excellence and swagger. Together, we intend to breathe personality and informality back into our towns and cities through the universal appeal of food enjoyed in our shared urban spaces.

We represent the push for the transformation of the British foodscape through the normalisation of eating well. By placing good, real food at street level the experience can be accessed and participated in by all, leading to a more exuberant street life.
