Areas we will be addressing are: Operations - the nuts and bolts of setting up and running this kind of business: physical requirements and who to go to for help, legal requirements and what paperwork you’ll need in place before you are ready to trade, financial requirements and looking at your set-up costs. Marketing - how to give your good idea the best chance of being seen and being heard, how to lay-out your stall and make your offering bring in the punters. Events - which ones to aim for, how different events work and how to get more of the ones you want. Menu - examining sourcing, suppliers and menu ideas.
